You can decide what you want.
♦ A very simple hour page, you just put an x= 1 hour or /= 1/2 hour into each box and you will be done for the day. If you use grades, you can put the grade for the day in the box. Which ever works best for you.
♦ If you set up field trips. There is a sheet that will help with your notes. You can also put what was done during the field trip.
♦ A 31 Day calender that you fill out. The days will always be correct for you.
♦ A 40 book reading list, you can list all the books read. Mark either oral, or written report, grade and comments for the student to improve themselves for the next report. Your children will know how many books they have read for the month. This is a great motivation for the student. When they are older they can put the books they have read into this area and give you the report. I know that they want credit for everything they do so they will be happy to fill this out for you. haha.

♦ Also a 5 week 6 section 7 day planner for each month. How many times do your children do things on a Saturday or Sunday? Well now you have room to put this in the book.

You just can't go wrong with this system. I should know, I have used just about everything. Including the computer. Which sounds great till you have to write everything down on sheets of paper and then transfer it to the computer. This gets old fast.
