Info: Emad Mohamad is an outstanding young striker who is capable on his day of changing the course of a game with a blink of an eye.The Karbala born star helped the Iraqi U-19s to the 2000 Asian Youth Championship, scoring 4 goals to become joint top scorer in the competition which included the two goals in the final over Japan, the second the Golden goal that won the game. He was surprisingly brought into the 24 man Iraqi 2000 Asian Cup squad a few weeks before the finals in Lebanon after scoring 2 goals in 4 games for the Iraqi B team in a tournament in Indonesia in August 2000 and also scoring 2 goals to help a weakened Al-Zawraa team to beat Emirates club Al-Ain 2-1 in the first round of the 2000 Asian club championship in September. Broke in the Al-Zawraa's 1st team during season 1998-1999 and was voted Iraqi Leagues’ young player of the year and was later voted Iraqi striker of the year 2000. Made his international debut on January 31st 2000 against Lebanon in Beirut in a 0-0 draw
