 Week 1 OMG! WOW!
Touchdowns, passing, rushing, taunting, and helmets... and then... a fieldgoal! We'll take it! THANKS...:)
 Week 2 Gotta score touchdowns early -- field goals won't get it with our defense! ... must I say more? Two big TD plays back to back!!! WAKE UP!!Glad to have Tony G. on board!!! nice plays ... Fun game...:))  Week 3
38 points!!! and a loss??? What's up with that!!! Defense... where are you??!!If we had only won the coin toss in OT... If... If... If...:)) I hate to admit it... but I'm starting to re-think my diehard support of Trent Green...  Week
4 WooHoo!!! Who was that at quarterback for KC?? He was soooo in a zone...:)) This game was such a rush... a sign of things to come? Or an early season tease? :))  Week
5 Yea my team!!! We had the ball last so we win...lol 152 rushing yards for Holmes (230+ total yards) We are very lucky to have this guy!! Dante Hall was fun to watch today too...:))  Week
6 Hmmmm...we take the ball from Marty's boys 5 times... and still can't get a "W". As usual, plenty of "O" but still no "D"...:(( That game was ours... we gave it away!!  Week 7
Geezzz... 2 weeks in a row!!! They just can't keep this up... My heart can't take it...LOL PLEASE will somebody stop the "big play"! It's killing us!  Week 8
Can you say... "MUST WIN"...:)) And we DID! I think everyone (including me) was expecting a 50-50 shoot out ... But noooo...lol Our 32nd ranked defense held their 2nd ranked offense to a mere 10 little points...:)) Just a typical Raider-Chiefs matchup.  Week 9
OK... Now we are back in this thing... going into the break on a positive note... Sure hope the "D" doesn't forget how to play during their mini vacation...:)) We've got some work ahead of us... hold on to your hats... this could be fun!!! ... :))  Week 10
Well shoot!! It sure would have been nice to have won this one. The refs took away two TD's. That sucked! Where was our BIG TIME Offense?? Oh Well... We shall just move on... Back to Arrowhead... :))  Week 11
Yea my team!! Another defensive battle with a good offense...:) It's nice to know our D can show up when needed. Kennison and Morton made some money catches (finally) and our scrambling QB made a couple game saving plays...:)) Good Game... We'll take it... :))

Grrrrrr!! Why did the defense even bother to make the flight? There isn't enough room here to say what I really feel. lol This was a no brainer! Maybe that is the problem?another easy win scheduled for next week. Ha!  Week 13
Now that's more like it! We didn't even need our defense today... I mean... great D...lol Even the subs looked good in the 4th quarter. But as Vermeil said... We aren't that good and they aren't that bad.. was just our day... But they were pretty bad...:))

WOOHOO!! That was fun! Two in a row. I hope they saved some for our tour around the West. Dante Hall couldn't be more fun to watch! Priest and Trent continue to look sharp. LOVE IT!! I just keep thinking back to that Seattle game... if only... :)) Week 15
Damn.. Damn.. Damn! Well not as many as Seattle... but DAMN! I wish the officials would have just let the players play. Of course I feel we were victim of some bad calls (what leg whip?--and if ya land only 4 inches out being pushed...wouldn't ya think ya'd be in if you weren't pushed?) And one more thing...Them donkey's didn't have to be so rough with our guys either...LOL We didn't have our offense in the fourth quarter (or next week)... so just Damn!
 Week 16
Well some games are just FUN... and this was one of those games... lol Marc Boerigter's 99 yard TD catch and run really made the place go wild. And Husted's first field goal attempt in two years was GOOD. Taking it to Marty was a bonus too!! It was obvious that we did miss Priest Holmes... we can only hope and pray that he will be healthy and ready to play next year.  Week 17 My mom alway told me, "if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything." And I think this is the perfect time to apply that rule! Because nothing good came out of this game!!
 Well we just couldn't hang on any longer...:)) Our final record of 8-8 was better than last year's 6-10. And the team impoved overall too(except for the defense). We are only a couple good defensive dudes away from a great team. I just hope we can get that done. 2003 should be really FUN! |
