Drakon Kills
Sharn was a reptile primary, so I broke this list down into Drakon levels.
Drakon 1
Drakon 2
Drakon 3
Drakon 4
Drakon 5

Drakon 1
This is a bit hard because Fledgling Drakon are weaklings. Pathetic tail, no breath and less armour than higher levels makes this a pretty hard time. Try killing in the Brawling Arena (not too much), 2k exp each and decent cash.
Otherwise:
Ogres - 2-3k
Dalair Stockade Orcs - About 500 exp each, but the cash is nice.
Neville - 500-1k experience. Careful of the butcher.
Faerie Ring - Ranges from 6 exp Butterflies up to the 500-1k kills in the Castle. Don't try the Faerie Queen and Dragon yet.

Drakon 2
This is a little better, because of the improved tail, but not by much.
Kill the same stuff as for Drakon 1.
Also:
Andeli Knights - 1-3k. Great for cash, so they might not be there very often. Quest area, so I can't give dirs.

Drakon 3
I was extremely happy when I trained to this. Straightaway, I ran over to Anasazi and killed the Shaman Spirit. Breath is pitiful, but you can kill more. Most 3k kills should be no problem with a few heals.
Note on breath use: Before combat starts, use breath on the npc you wish to kill, then type in your kill command/alias. This way, you get in the most damage before they hit you, thereby saving on (hps) heals and making combat shorter. If you don't type in your kill command/alias, the npc will start attacking you anyway, and you'll miss the first attack. Yeah, regular combat attacks are pretty weak in comparison, but at least your opponent won't get in that free shot (think of what Blor/Hawkeye/Razar/Glock/etc. could do with that extra hit - about 60 hps on average).
Ogres - 2/3k
Intep - 3k.
Andeli Knights - 1-3k. Great for cash, so they might not be there very often.
Gralain - 3k. Graverobbers range from 100 to 3k exp.
Sati - 3k.
Shambling Mound - 3k.
Paladin Estates - 500-1k each. Ruell is 3k.
Shaman Spirit - 3k

Drakon 4
Finally, breath gets better and so does your natural armour. You'll probably have a decent unarmed skill by now. Introduce 6k kills, and some easier 9k kills.
An arrogant and well dressed nobleman - 3k.
Honour Guard - 3k.
Giant Ogres - 6k
Frost Giants - 3k each. Good for using flame breath *grin*. Watch for the roaming Housecarls (6k each)
Wyvern & General - 6k & 3k.
Faerie Queen & Dragon - 6k & 3k.
Meateater - 6k.
Bulette - 6k. Good for cash, but watch the damage.
Stone Guardian - 9k.
Riognach - 9k.
A Chief - 9k.
Hermit - 9k.

Drakon 5
You're here! Welcome to the club! This is where it REALLY gets interesting. Pick any NPC (Glock, Blor, Razar, Hawkeye, Jarl, etc.), take 5 extra potions and 5 mental potions (on average), then use breath on them until they die. Enjoy an evil chuckle (Just don't die! I hate it when shifters die).
There isn't really anything you can't kill. Some things are more expensive (i.e. too many potions), though, so continue with the Drakon 4 list and try some for the potion guzzlers (or the tanks):
Zernak & Zeb - 6k & 4k.
Blor - 9k.
Glock - 9k.
Hawkeye - 9k.
Jarl - 9k.
Wyrdwoman - 9k.
The entire Gnoll Temple - 18k for the main kills.
