| Postage is the fee charged by the US Postal Service to deliver the package, usually in the form of a stamp. Shipping and Handling is the packaging materials, media, handling, order processing, and postage for the item. The postage to ship your package is included in the S&H. (You may combine items to save shipping costs). |
| It is in your best interest to email us with your intentions to purchase an item. At that time we will put a "hold" on the piece for 10 days. Payment MUST be received within that 10 days period or the hold will be lifted and the item will be available for sale with no further notice. |
| We do not issue refunds for broken items, it is the buyers responsibility to buy insurance. If, for any reason the item is returned to us, buyer pays all shipping costs and the refund will be minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
