What are the aims of the Timers and Cussers Register?
To give people who timeout from games on TTX a bad name
To give people who swear or use offensive language in games a bad name
To ultimately reduce the incidence of timeouts and swearing, and so make TTX a nicer place :) Sounds like a government manifesto, doesnt it!
