Nintendo
I have tried most of the Nintendo emulators out there and I have found Nesticle to be superior. It has excellent support, and great sound. It runs at 100 percent speed, also. It even works on a 486!! Below are the DOS and Windows versions.
Nesticle (DOS)
Nesticle (WIN)

Super Nintendo
Super Nintendo is one of my favorite consoles. From RPG's out the wazoo to many great platformers, this console rocks. For Super NES emulators, I recommend ZSNES. It is made by the makers of Nesticle. ZSNES is very good also.
ZSNES (DOS)

Game Boy
I am not a Game Boy fan, I have always liked Neo Geo Pocket. But nevertheless, here is a great gameboy emulator by the name of Virtual Game Boy Color.
Virtual Game Boy Color (WIN)

Sega Master System
I used to go to my friend's house and play Hang-On and Space Harrier until the wee hours of the morning. Pick up this great Master System emulator.
WinSMS (WIN)

Sega Genesis (Mega Drive)
I will ALWAYS love Sega more than any other game console company. It's just something about their unique games that intrigues me. Sega Genesis is Sega at its best. Download Genecyst, from the NESticle guys.
Genecyst (DOS)

Game Gear
Called Kid's Gear in Japan, this is a great handheld system with a backlight :D Unfortunately it suffered from BSS (Battery Sucking Syndrome). This emulator is the exact same as the Sega Master System emulator, so you get a two-in-one emulator. Download WinSMS Today!
WinSMS (WIN)

Turbo Grafx 16
This was a console that didn't make the 16-bit wars cut. It is known for some kick-@$$ shooters and pinball games. Get this emulator, because it is GREAT.
