  • May 1 thru May 3 Colt Start CampCOLT START CAMP was fabulous! A bunch of Colts and restarted horses got three miracle days with Tony Vaught.

  • Natural Horsemanship Clinic at The Forge Horses Ranch, Niangua, Mo. Clinic starts at 1:00 and goes till 4:00pm. The cost is $90. Auditor fee is $15. The Forge Horse Ranch folks are then treating auditors and participants to a COWBOY DINNER.   • June 22 thru June 26 - Ride Naturally 2009 in Fair Play, Missouri with both Tony and Jennifer Vaught. Week long camp include lessons on your horse, group exercises and challenges. Some camps include learning opportunities with horses at various levels in their training. Other camps include trail riding skills. It all depends on what the clinic participants want and are able to do. Camp cost is $750 for full week. Come for 2 days or more at $150/day. One day is $180. Pens for horses are $10/day. Camp on the grounds at $10/day. Electrical hook ups available. Call Jennifer Vaught about details at 417-399-4146.

Tony and Jennifer Vaught are committed to providing a harmonious relationship between horse and rider. They will teach you to "See What They See". This can be achieved in different ways. Of course the best possible situation would be to have both the horse and rider come together to "For the Horse" Ranch for lessons, clinics or an educational opportunity to ride with Tony and Jenny for a day, a week, a month or a year.

Directions to "For the Horse" Ranch.
Fair Play is 30 miles north of Springfield off highway 13. Fair Play is on highway 32. Take highway 32 west of Fair Play. You will soon come to highway 245. This road only turns south. Take highway 245 for 1.7 miles. The first road goes to the east and is 1980 road. Take 1980 road. It's more like a gravel lane. You go past one house and soon after that on your right are horses. You will come to the driveway into "For the Horse" Ranch. It's marked with big gate posts. You can't miss it!

Horse development (training) rate is $950 per month.

J.J. Missouri Fox Trotter registered amber champange stallion for breeding. We've trained two of his offspring and they are great minded horses with natural gait.
