MONTH OF THE ROSARYOctober is the month dedicated to the Holy Rosary. This is a special time that we, as Catholics, devote to the prayers that honor the Blessed Mother and the events in the life of her Son.  You are encouraged to pray the rosary or a decade of it daily with your family during the month of October.

OCTOBER COUNT This fall our diocese will again involve itself in a common pastoral practice across the United States known as the “October Count”. Each individual who attends the weekend Eucharist across our Diocese during the month of October will be counted in order to allow for better pastoral planning for the benefit of our parishes and our diocese. The month of October is selected since it has been statistically proven that it represents the best month for this project.
