Meet Bunny!
She happened upon a nice family to take care of her on Easter Sunday. No one in the area recognized her and she has now entered into rescue. Bunny is a sweeeeeet little girl and loves to snuggle. She is about a year old, weighs about 10-12 pounds and will need a loving home complete with a securely fenced yard and lots of attention.
Bunny is very smart and eager to please. She already knows how to sit and sit up and playing fetch seems to be her favorite game. While she is the typical "nose to the ground" Beagle, she still wants to be where you are. Crating her (with a fluffy blanket and some toys), when you are not around, will help her feel much more comfortable in her new home. Her favorite sleeping arrangement is under the covers (she wants to be cozy and warm).
She been in rescue for about a year now and is a year and a half old. Poppy weighs about 45 pounds and is a very sweet girl. She is an Australian Red Heeler mix with absolutely beautiful fur!
Poppy is a very docile and well behaved dog with an even temperment. She is typically (for the breed) a little shy with new people, but will warm up quickly. She doesn't really like to have her picture taken and blinks everytime the flash goes off. Poppy gets along very well with other dogs and can be somewhat submissive around them.
She and her sister Jelly are 1/2 Australian Shepherd and 1/2 Border Collie. Ariel is about a year old and is looking for a wonderful home. She is shy at first, but will warm up to her new owner. Ariel is very smart and even though she seems stubborn at first, will learn quickly. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to run and play. Ariel and her sister respect each other and could go to the same family.
Tokala is a Dakota Indian name that means simply "fox". Kala (for short) is a wonderful little girl with a lot to offer. She weighs 15 pounds (on the large end of the Pomeranians) is approximately 2-3 years old and has beautiful red fur. She is completely housebroken and knows a few comands. She loves attention and will stay by your side most of the time. Kala will alert you to an unusual noise and is very brave. She gets along well with other dogs and cats. Kala would like to go to a routine home without small children (generally speaking, small dogs and small children don't mix). She would prefer a home that has carpet as opposed to slick floors.
She was spayed on Tuesday the 18th of May and will be ready for her new home as soon as her stiches have been removed. A securely fenced yard (no electric fences) is required.
ADOPTION PENDING!!
Meet Angelica (Jelly for short)!
She and her sister Ariel are 1/2 Australian Shepherd and 1/2 Border Collie. Jelly is about a year old and is looking for a wonderful home. She is shy at first, but will warm up to her new owner. Jelly is very smart and even though she seems stubborn at first, will learn quickly. She gets along well with other dogs and also loves to run and play by herself...Jelly especially loves to play with toys that are soft and that squeak. Jelly and her sister respect each other and could easily go to the same family.
