You are responsible for providing all content and relevant
materials for your website such as text, company or product photographs, illustrations,
etc. Below you find guidelines for collecting your materials to submit to me:

Having a scanned or already-online company logo is a big plus. This saves me the time of
either having to create one or scan it in and refine it. However, I will scan a logo
in--it must be clear, and with about a half inch of white area around it.

"Graphics unique to your company" would include pictures of products, logos for
specific products, etc. These help to make the page more appealing and unique as well,
because the chances are smaller that other pages will have the same clip art.

I need plenty of information to make a good quality web site. I feel I am in no position
to create the information about your company, because I have no experience with your
products or services. A few simple ideas make a world of difference, and save time as
well. NOTE: If you have an old web page already online, please do not delete it!

I will need your help to prepare
your materials for the Web. Think of me as your graphic designer. You supply
the raw materials and I assemble them into graphically pleasing Web pages. Send me a
simple flowchart with the title of each page like the one below: (Hand drawn is fine.)
