Tournament Format |
Buddy Tournament.
You fish with the team member of your choice (whomever you bring) on Sat.
You are encouraged to mix partners on Sunday but not required. No more than two (2)
registered anglers per boat. Saturday 18
Plaques will be awarded for top 3 heaviest team stringers (maximum of 6
fish per boat). Plaques will also be awarded for the 2 heaviest
individual Big Bass. Sunday 19 (Optional) Big Bass
competition only. $10/boat. Fee paid in advance or at dinner Saturday night.
100% of Big Bass entry fee will be awarded to 1st, 2nd
and 3rd heaviest Bass. |

Takeoff |
Takeoff is at 7:00
A.M. both days. Saturday take off order will be according to date paid
entry is received (earliest entries received will takeoff first). Each
team will be provided a number corresponding to their takeoff position.
Takeoff order will be reversed on Sunday. At least one member of each team must be present for the pre-tournament meeting each day at 6:30 A.M. The meeting will be located at the weigh in site just above the launch ramp. |

All persons who have
filled out and signed the entry form, and paid the entry fee. |

Entry Fee |
Saturday 18
Entry fee of $30 per boat (maximum of 2 registered anglers per boat),
along with the signed entry form, must be received by October 18, 2000 to
insure you receive any free attendance prizes. Late
entries will be accepted after October 18, 2000, with an additional fee of
$10 per boat. Free attendance prizes CAN NOT be guaranteed with late entries. If angler wishes to fish but needs a partner (boater or non-boater), fill out entry form accordingly and include only your entry fee. If a partner can not be found, you will be notified prior to the tournament. Note, if an angler wishes to fish alone, he/she is responsible for the entire per boat entry fee. Sunday 19
(Optional) Entry fee of $10 can be sent early or paid at dinner

Prizes / Payback |
Saturday
18 Plaques will be awarded for top 3 heaviest team stringers (maximum of 6
fish per boat). Plaques will also be awarded for the 2 heaviest
individual Big Bass. Various product and cash prizes will also be given out for tournament placing and attendance. The type and amount of these prizes will be determined closer to the time of the tournament and will be determined by the number of entrants. Sunday 19
Big Bass competition only. 100% of Big Bass entry fee will be awarded to
1st, 2nd and 3rd heaviest Bass. Must be
present to win. |

Tournament Times
& Weigh-in |
Saturday 18,
7:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Sunday 19, 7:00
A.M. until 12:00 P.M. One member of
each team must return their team number to the weigh-master prior to the
above ending tournament time to avoid penalty. After turning in your team number, you should then
promptly collect your fish and proceed to the scales for weigh-in. Late Penalty: There is a penalty of 1 lb per late minute. After 5 minutes the team is disqualified. At least one member
of each team must be present for the pre-tournament meeting each day at
6:30 A.M. The meeting will be located at the weigh in site just
above the launch ramp. |

Tournament Creel
Limit |
6 Largemouth, Smallmouth, or Spotted Bass each day, per boat. All fish must be 15" or longer as measured on a Golden Rule measuring board. Short Fish Penalty: One(1) lb plus loss of that fish will be imposed for each short fish submitted for weigh-in. Dead Fish
Penalty: A dead fish will impose loss of half of
the weight of the fish. PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO KEEP YOU FISH
ALIVE. Weigh-in bags are
the responsibility of each angler, please bring your own. |

Landing Nets |
Landing nets may be
used to help land your fish. |
|
Live Bait |
Use of live bait is
prohibited. |
|
Trolling |
Trolling is not
permitted. |
|
Off Limits Areas |
Follow all rules
posted by lake officials. |
|
Alcoholic Beverages |
Please obey all
state and federal laws pertaining to alcohol. Please use common sense
and restraint. |

Life Jackets |
Life jackets must be
worn while the outboard engine is running. |
|
Safe Boating /
Courtesy |
All Missouri
rules of safe boating shall be observed. Be kind and considerate of
others. Please remember this is for fun. |

Kill Switch |
A kill switch must
be attached to the driver anytime the outboard is running. |
