Flubber

Flubber
"Connecting Youth, Parents, and Community in Ray County, Missouri"

In a large container, such as an ice cream pail, combine:

	1 1/2 cup of warm water
	2 cups of white glue
	food coloring (your choice, but green is best!)

In a second, smaller container, combine:

	1 1/3 cup of warm water
	3 teaspoons of Borax (available in grocery store)

Mix ingredients in each container thoroughly. Keep them separate!
Pour contents of the smaller container into the larger container.
Gently lift and turn the mixture until only about a tablespoon of liquid remains.

"Flubber" will be sticky for a moment or two. Let the excess liquid drip off the mixture and then "Flubber" will be ready!

Store the "Flubber" in an airtight container. If stored properly, "Flubber" will provide kids with about three weeks of fun!
