Rampart

I originally called him "Grimx". But what the hell is a grimx? And he looked a lot like Rampart. So it's Rampart and that's final. Also I really like the little backpack he has. It was some sort of mini train or something like that but I removed the top and there is a peg that's the same size as the normal backpack pegs. So he uses that to propel himself backwards when he shoots that big Gundam gun.
