Charm

This is Charm. She's a cobra and apparently brings good luck to those around her so Cobra Commander has been known to keep her at his side. It also doesn't hurt to have a ninja next to you either. Oh yeah and I forgot, she and Jinx are sisters!!! DUN DUN DUN!! (ooohhh!) So anyway I guess a lot of you are wondering why would Qeelocke make a blue Jinx? And the answer is simply because I can. Also to keep the sister thing going I kept her fingernails red.
