If you're ready for really high paced action. Then you need to join up now. The art taught in this class is AMERICAN KARATE. The instructor is DAVE VINSON. He is a 3rd degree Black Belt in American Karate. He has trained with Rodrigo Vagi, Rickson Gracie, Royce Gracie, Mark Richards, ,Ernie Hart Jr., and many more.

In the class we have a fight squad. That squad is made up of the most elite of the group. There are very few people in the squad. There are presently 6 members. Dave Vinson(owner), Captain Lance McDowell(Captain Krunch), Richard Brown(Hardcore), Jesse Brown(The Blond Bomber), Josh Barton(Mighty Mouse)and, Ethan Bragg
