This web ring was created for the smallest of victims.. the children.. For we all, carry the child that we were within us for life. Children are the Littlest Angels. Angels are pure, without guile, without sin, loving, and all forgiving. That is the same description that I would give to a child.

Gentle Touch's Web is for all survivors of all forms of abuse, now including hate crime surivvors. We show no bias nor will we tolerate it. We are constantly expanding to include other isssues, to improve and constanly update and add new references and resources, and to get as much information out to those who need it. The new Millennium was supposed to be a new start.. a new beginning.. something great.. but it hasn't turned out that way.. instead the only new beginning was a new heartache to add to the list of others that have never healed, as this one won't either.
