This camera is supposed to be downtown St. Louis. As of January 2008 it seems the camera fell. Page keeps refreshing every 1 minute. WOW have not updated this page in two years as of Easter 2010 it is a freeze frame of someone in shorts at night. Will come back during summer break and try and fix it.
Sorry not smart enough to fix this as of Jan. 2011 & As of 2012 October still not smart!!! BAD THINGS HAPPENED... U KNOW lIFe??? 2017 and just remembering this site.
