Mostly flat except for when you need to ride onto and off of the levy.

Rideable by all levels and ages.

Slight hills, nothing difficult

Asphalt Paved, easy, nice for a road bicycle

Excellent views of the Mississippi river.  Riding through the industrial areas is not the most pleasing to the eye. Good eagle watching in the winter (but cold).

Extra caution when crossing the roads.

Wear your helmet!

Plan how long you want to ride and turn around at the half way mark.
