Castlewood The most extensive riding area in St. Louis. Fun for all levels of rider.

Hills:	Challenging hills.  Don't want hills ride close to the Meramec River. A few steep climbs and descents.	Try the hills in both directions.
Terrain:	Wide variety:  clay, rocks, boulders, sand, and tree roots.
Scenery:	Follows the Meramec River.
Other:	Please be respectful of others.  Cyclist are obtaining a bad reputation in this park.	Wear a helmet! Be courteous of walkers. Try the Blue Ribbon Trail. For variety ride trails in both directions.
Directions:	From 270 head west on Big Bend. Turn left at Reis Road. Turn left into the park.
Mileage:	There are so many points of entry you can ride anywhere from 2 to 25 miles.
