Hi! My name is Chuck, better known to my online friends around Talk City as Shy38M, Shy, for short. I have been a WebTv user since December, 1997, after the accident with my old laptop. (eww, it wasn't pretty) I have come to know several people, and consider a few of them as friends.

My best friend online, is Alomar1257. Eddie is an old AOL bud of mine. We are both big fans of baseball, and we have spent hours online discussing the game as well as the players. LOL

I am 38 years old "Duh!". I live in Springfield, Missouri, ohh joy. I love Oldies music, especially MOTOWN! My favorite group is the Temptations . I also like the Ronettes and the Crystals , most other girl groups, too. (some links are audio, so it may take a minute to load) My favorite DJ and a very good friend is Summer (click to see where she works now). Summer, I'll take a Motown meal Supremes, to go please!

I grew up in the St Louis area, so I am a diehard Cardinals fan.

After 10 years of working in the Hotel/Motel industry in Branson, MO, I have retired. EVERYONE has heard of Branson... (you know...the place with all the traffic, and the Lennon Sisters, too).

Retired ??? Yes retired! You see, I am HIV+. I was diagnosed in 1986. I am doing well at this time, and I appreciate all the support and prayers. For the last few months, I have been doing HIV/AIDS presentations in High Schools and Middle Schools.
IGNORANCE of this issue is NOT bliss.

Friends around the neighborhood are Alma. ¿Como esta? Robert aka RCop, has been a good bud...well, most of the time. hehehe He has introduced me to the world of classical music...and I have introduced him to the world of...uh nevermind...hehehe
