The year was 1858. Sweedish immigrants were moving into the south western portion of the great state of Minnasota. My great great Grandfather was there and recieved a 160 acre homestead. They were farmers and were glad to have a opportuiny for a new life. A life that might be good if you were honest and worked hard enough. They came in the spirit of freedom and justice.

Today the Federal and many State governments seek to reverse their earlier spirit of freedom and justice and grab back control of the land that many generations of famalies have worked to claim as their own. Land grabs by the government are usually disguised as handouts to help the needy. Or disguised as for the general welfare of the general populace. That we are ceeding control of our land to the government is burried in the fine points of the law and is almost irreversable. See the links below..........
