How to schedule an event...

 

Step 1: Contact IMPACT with desired date(s) of the event

Step 2: Make arrangements for material needed for demonstration(s). IMPACT will provide you with a personal list for your event.

Step 3: In addition to materials, IMPACT hosts need to provide:

A. Accommodations - Hotel or private home

B. Meals

C. Travel expenses - mileage or airfare

D. Fees - donations or set performance fee

Step 4: Communicate with us...we want to work with you to best fit your needs, abilities, and vision. Communication will allow us to serve you better.

Step 5: Check with school officials about scheduling IMPACT in area schools. This will increase attendance at other subsequent events and offer a quality program to youth and children.

Step 6: BE PREPARED FOR GROWTH AND OUTREACH IN YOUR COMMUNITY!
