Welcome to my Genealogy web site, I have been researching my family for about 12-13 years now. I started by asking questions and making notes, it was all done on paper, (mostly note book paper). I didn't think I would get but 4-5 generations back in my lines, but with the interest in Genealogy and Computers, I have made it to my 17th g grandfather.I didn't do this alone, it was done with the help of some friends on the internet.
Genealogy is a sharing and caring hobbie, many of us keep an eye open for our friends when doing research. I have met many cousins on the internet, and they all seem to share the same passion, genealogy!
You can share some of our family history and folklore, You can read some of the family history in which some of my ancestors helped settle. Settlements include parts of the States of Missouri, Kentucky and Idaho.
They were pioneers in the true sense!
I have stories of their hardships, and how they worked around what would seem like impossible conditions. I have ancestors that participated in the Civil War, Eighth Missouri State Militia, their function was to protect the civilian populations against the Rebel Guerrillas that plagued the State of Missouri during the Civil War.
