We are located in Central Missouri near Sedalia, MO. (east of Kansas City 70 miles and west of Columbia 55 miles) prices on dogs are picked up within 30 min. of my house. I can meet on I-70, 65 or 50 hwy.

Shipping to most states starts at $250-$350 if using a dog hauler. Shipping by air starts at $350 and goes up depending on how big the dog is. Crate will be included in Quoted shipping cost. You can ship two puppies in the same crate for the same price as one.

Our definition of a Finished dog.
1. Consistent... every time he opens his mouth you know he will be treed and have a coon. No starting a track and quitting.
2. Trees coon only, no off game. Knows to grab coon by the throat and can kill it.
3. Can use this dog to train pups with, if one runs off game he pays no attention he has only one thing on his mind, COON!!
4. Will hunt alone or in company.
5. Hunts the entire section, woods and creek then returns if no track hit
within 20 -30 minutes.
We
personally don't call a dog that runs out of hearing and has no comeback a
coondog. We
coonhunt to hear the race not chase dogs for miles from drop requiring tracking
equipment to locate them. If they don't strike within 10 min of drop an
tree within 20 in our hunting conditions something is
wrong.
Our Definition of Well
Started dog.
Dog will run and tree with other dogs.
Never been hunted alone,
always with another dog.
Starts a track but may not be able to finish it- may
lose track.
May tree first or alone but sometimes pull to another dog if
track not as hot. Lacks Confidence.
Will fight a Coon. Ready to start hunting
alone.
