Meghan's Eric Lindros and Philadelphia Flyers Site

Hello, people!! My name is Meghan Henry, and I'm a HUGE Philadelphia Flyers fan. I am 18 years old and I have been following this amazing team for a while now. My absolute favorite player (in the NHL) is Eric Lindros. I like him for many, many reasons. First of all, I just really love the way he plays the game of hockey. I look up to him so much, and I have a lot of respect for him. He is also a really nice person. Both times that I've met him, he was very friendly, kind, and polite. I am so glad I had the pleasure of speaking with him.

Man, you gotta love people... Just a little note to those anti-Lindros people leaving ridiculously stupid messages on my poll... No, I do not like Eric Lindros because "I have a crush on him" or "I think he's hot" or whatever. Actually, I don't know why I'm even explaining myself to these people... So, I won't. Just know this, I have my own reasons for being a fan of this man, and that is my right. If you have a problem with it, that's just too damn bad for you. Deal with it, and get a life.

Oh, and by the way, I never said anything about clarke not having been a good hockey player, so I'm not the one talking about things I don't know about. I may be only 18, but I'm not stupid. Just because I didn't actually see him play (although I have seen some old tapes) doesn't mean I'm unaware of history and the great players from before my time. Even so, respecting his ability to play the game and being a fan of his now are COMPLETELY different. Besides, I'll admit when he does well, such as this season with the trades he has made (such as Amonte). So some of you people clearly have me all wrong. Thank you.
