All have sinned.
Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

God has a price on sin: death and hell.
Romans 6:23 - "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

You can accept by faith that Jesus paid for your sins and receive Him as your Savior and be assured of eternal life in Heaven.
Romans 10:9 - "That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved."

"Dear Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I'm sorry. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. Please come into my heart and forgive me of my sins. Thank you for saving me."
