Welcome! I am an executive chef working for Twin Hills Golf & Country Club, located in Joplin Missouri. Also President of the Missouri Restaurant Assosiation Joplin/SW. Missouri chapter. I had the honor of recieving the restaurantier of the year award for 2004. I would like to feature a lot of culinary sites, along with some linked pages of my ice sculptures, food art, and some of my favorite and most successful recipes.
