How to Make a Tulip Bulb Joint
what you need:-
Four Large Skins
One rectangular piece of card
Tabacco mixed with Weed or Hash (usually Weed)
A steady hand
Garnish - Optional One Skin
Method

Roll rectangular piece of cardboard into a long tube , (this will become the roach) when rolled up cover with a skin.

Take two skins and stick them together, creating one extra large skin.

Now fold over as illustrated and stick the edges , it's important at this stage to leave enough space at the pointy end to insert the roach. Insert roach.

Take the other skin make a fold along the glued edge lick along the fold and tear off the bit with the glue on. This is then glued around the base of the bulb to make it secure (a bit like a bandage).

By now you should have something resembling an empty bulb in front of you. Now you must fill this with the tobacco and weed mix, carefully pack the empty bulb and twist off the end to hold it all together

Garnish by twisting one skin around the roach to resemble leaves (use your imagination)
