MUSCOVY DUCKS
Muscovy Ducks are my favorite ducks. They are the largest of all ducks. The are natually a wild duck. They are fairly closely related to the Wood Ducks. They live in the wild in South America and many fly away from their owners and become wild in North America. As already mentioned they can fly. The males are a heavy duck, weighting in at about 15 pounds for a mature adult male. That is what makes their flying ability so unique. They are the heavist duck yet they can still fly.
