6:45pm-single units with 80 to 99 Scouts and Full-time leaders
7:15pm-single units with 60 to 79 Scouts and Full-time leaders
7:45pm-single units with 40 to 59 Scouts and Full-time leaders
October 19, 2000
6:30pm-single units with 20 to 39 Scouts and Full-time leaders
8:00pm-single and combined units with 19 or less Scouts and Full-time leaders
8:45pm-combined units of any number based on availability

Final payment is due by May 4, 2001

Philmont 2002
The call-in date for year 2002 treks is October 28, 2000! In years past the date would have been in April, 2001, any units that might be planning to attend Philmont in 2002 should get on the mailing list now.
