My Masonic travels began April 27, 1991, when I was raised from a dead level to a living perpendicular on the square. The Jurisdiction of Alabama has been very good to me. I was appointed Junior Deacon until the annual elections. I was then elected Junior Warden which (I feel) is the most difficult position. My success gave the craft of Bellwood Star Lodge #269 the confidence to put me in the East as the Presiding Officer. The following year, I was appointed by the Grand District Deputy as Chairman on Protocol.
