Welcome to Marcus' Web Page. It has been provided to keep family and friends updated about Marcus' journey to wellness. This brave 7 year old boy was dx with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on April 4, 2003. The road has not been smooth, hence we had a Bone Marrow Transplant on Aug 15,2003. Sadly Marcus has relapsed after 3 months post translpant. My faith is strong and I know God is hearing all the prayers that are being said for us. I pray for our miracle and I know God is hearing my plead as I feel him with me every day. Marcus is going through a rough time now so please remember him and all the children in your prayers. I encourage all of you to donate blood and platelets(which is different from donating blood) as these children require frequent transfusions. I fear the day when there is no blood to give. Please visit us often as Marcus loves to hear from people. Thank you so much for blessing our hearts with your love. Lots of Love and Prayers Teresa and Marcus

Ask my Mom how she is
My Mom, she tells alot of lies
she never did before.
From now until she dies,
she'll tell a whole lot more.
Ask my Mom how she is
and because she can't explain,
She will tell a little lie
because she can't describe the pain.
Ask my Mom how is she,
She'll say "I'm alright."
If that's the truth, then tell me,
why does she cry each night?
Ask my Mom how is she,
she seems to cope so well.
She didn't have a choice you see
nor the strength to yell.
Ask my Mom how she is,
"I'm fine, I'm well, I'm coping."
For Gods sake Mom, just tell the truth
just say your heart is broken.
She'll love me all her life,
I loved her all of mine.
But if you ask her how is she
she'll lie and say she's fine.
I am here in Heaven.
I cannot hug from here.
If she lies to you don't listen,
Hug her and hold her near.
On the day we meet again,
we'll smile and I'll be bold.
I'll say, "You're lucky to get in here, Mom
with all the lies you told!"
