You can browse through the different
departments our grocery store provides through the menu at the

any way we can. Come in and see us soon!
Carl's Market is proud to be a part of the following state
programs:
- Minnesota Meth Watch: Looking out for our
communities.
"Metch Watch" is a program to help deter suspicious
sales and theft of pseudoephedrine-containing medicines and
other products used in the illegal manufacturing of
methamphetamine. Meth Watch was first started in
Kansas as a public-private partnership between the Kansas
Department of Health and Environment, the Kansas Bureau of
Investigation, the Kansas Methamphetamine Prevention
Project, and Kansas retailers. Learn more about this
program at
http://www.minnesotamethwatch.com.
- Healthy Kids, Yes!!
A program dedicated to the prevention of tobacco sales
to underage consumers. Our in-store policies are
strict, and we "card" customers up to the age of 26.
This particular program is sponsored by Cass County Health
and Human Services.
- Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT)
Now there is a safe, convenient, and easy way for you to
get your benefits each month. It is called the
Minnesota EBT card. You will not get paper checks or
food coupons. Your benefits will be put in an account
set up for you. You must use the card to get your
benefits. Any questions? Call customer service
24 hours a day, 7 days a week at:
1-888-997-2227 Toll-Free.
- Minnesota Women, Infants, & Children Nutrition
Program (WIC)
Founded by the Minnesota Department of Health, this
program provides food for needy families. Any WIC
coupons or checks can be redeemed here at Carl's Market.
We carry a variety of WIC approved items.
If you have any questions, ask your WIC staff or call the state WIC office
at: 1-800-657-3942.
