The Enemy

In Desert Storm and Afghanistan, the enemy was reported as thinking that some bombs were random explosions. This was because our weapons moved with great stealth and our planes were undetectable.

The only chance an enemy really stands chance. The only thing that can really get in the way of a smart bomb is the weather, and only one bomb is effected by that. One way the enemy tries to deter the bombs is by making a human shield, this involves innocent people standing in or around the site so that people with a concious (or a clear line of site) won't drop the bomb.
