One of the major disadvantages to using "smart weapons" is that they cost a lot more than conventional weapons. A laser-guided bomb can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on it's size. A conventional bomb can cost 500 dollars, but these bombs are dropped in waves because there is no way of telling where it might land. Are there ways for the enemy to reduce the accuracy of a system?-----Who develops them?
