Move the point M or either of the sliders at the top to vary the parameters. Note that the inside figure is a "flattened" or affine version the original n-gon. We construct triangles that are similar to the triangle at the center of the regular n-gon on the left. The outer vertices of the triangles define another regular n-gon. Note that when the number of sides is equal to three this is Napoleon's theorem.
