one wing smaller -- hoping it would glide down in circle

cardboard and toothpicks

tissue paper and a wooden dowel

coffe filter parachute with paperclips attached

most successful model, extremely slow and graceful, but only when dropped -- couldn't throw

strings got REALLY tangled after two or three tries

same tissue paper parachute with superball attached instead of dowel

same idea as graceful one only with window plastic for the parachute -- failed miserably (wouldn't open)

makeshift hinge out of vynl tubing and electrical tape -- didn't end up using

hinge of sponge and electrical tape -- squeezed together to throw...
