Winding your way up the gravel road from the main highway, you spot the cabin nestled in amongst the pine, birch and popular trees. Such privacy out here in the woods! Just what you need to rekindle that romance, to reconnect after too much time apart!
In the treetops birds of many types welcome you to this tranquil weekend retreat. Parking the car beside the fence, you stand and stretch, absorbing the beauty all around you, inhaling the fresh clean scent of pine and woodsmoke from neighboring cabins hidden in the forest around you. The Cabin, in the foreground, is constructed of hand hewn pine logs. Expertly formed some 75 years ago. Standing tall and majestic is the field
stone chimney inviting you to bring in a handful of birch logs to warm the hearth. Walking up to the front entrance, you get your first glimpse of the lake
and surrouding landscape. The mountains in the distance, the pebble beach,
the pine trees thriving amongst rock outcrops. The smell of PINE in the air...the cool breeze of fresh northern air, the tranquil nature, the quietness. Only the two of you.. alone together.. no one around for miles and miles.. And you are together for 2 days to do as you please! Let your imagination bring you close!
