About 800 law enforcement - including SWAT teams with laser-sighted automatic assault rifles - barricade the area and sweep in, arresting 38 protesters before dawn. Under CODEFOR, there is no such thing as police brutality, excessive force or unnecessary violence. The police simply do as they please.
