At the present moment, I'm employed to be working out of the international company of 3M doing some stupid ass work that I wouldn't be doing if I didn't need the money or the experience. Now, the people that I actaully work with right along side are all white guys with lots of time to go out drinking. Now, they are not the crew I'll be ranting about this week. Nope, it's the other crew that we see every now and then that work here as well.

It's a crew made up of 6 mexicans doing ventilation shaft cleaning. Now, that's all fine and dandy and I'm sure they're great at their job, but it's the freakin fact that they don't speak english!! Now, I'm all for speaking another language. In fact, I even tried to learn spanish myself once, but it's the simple thing that THIS ISN'T MEXICO OR SPAIN!!! This is the freakin UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! WHERE, we, as in EVERYONE should be speaking OUR language, which is ENGLISH! AMERICAN DAMMIT!

If they want to come to our country, fine, good for them, have a good time, drink lots of booze, get our women pregnant, and all that good stuff, but for cryin out LOUD, SPEAK ENGLISH WHEN YOU DO IT! I think ANYONE who doesn't know english when they come to our country should be deported immediately! They don't deserve to live here and that's a fact. It's true, it's true!

So what I'm basically saying here is this: If you live in this country, speak english. Obviously there's the whole "freedom of speech" and blah blah blah, and I'm not saying that these people shouldn't have it, but it's just a matter of respect for the country that you're in. If you're in our country, just for the respect of it, speak it's native language. It's not that hard. This is our country and you should mold yourselves around it, not the other way around. So many times I've asked if I could get hired somewhere, or if they're hiring, and the first thing they say to me is "can you speak Spainish?". Can you believe that!? This is MY country and I'm being asked to speak another language that isn't native to this country? How does that work? Why should I have to learn how to speak spanish, or mexican, or ANY other language when everyone should be speaking ENGLISH!? Why can't THEY learn how to speak freakin ENGLISH. Why can't they learn OUR language? It's just not right, and it should be changed immediately if not SOONER!

There ya have it. That's my view on this little problem that I see with our society today. If you agree or disagree with me, let me know, but I'll tell you one thing, true Americans would freakin be agreeing with me!
