What happened to this world? What happened to the fact that everyone worried only about themselves, and the closest people to them and just let the world revolve as it should? It's not that way anymore. Now, everyone is trying to "save" everyone else! You've got the Animal rights groups. The church groups. The greedy groups. The "Caring" groups. Everyone trying to "help" everyone else and getting in the way of everything!

To most of these groups, it doesn't matter if you don't need their help because if you're not LIKE them, then you need to be. If you're not religious, you're evil and going to hell. If you're a loner and wear Marilyn Manson shirts and all black, you're violent and likely to kill. If you wear your pants around your knees and your hat backwards, you skateboard and smoke pot all the time. If you wear expensive clothes and drive a hot car, you're a good kid and are going to make something of yourself. It's all bullshit!

It just doesn't make sense people! How did things in this world become so.... STUPID and JUDGMENTAL! I'll try and give some examples of what I mean.

Example 1: Television is as adverse and strange as I've ever seen it. There are things on the television that I never thought possible. The shows that are evil are seen in the highest regards, and the shows that aren't bad at all are seen as the gateway to hell. It just doesn't make any sense. I'll explain why. Pokemon, that stupid ass yellow thing that electrocutes stupid little glob monsters is supposively the greatest shows for kids to watch. They even made 3 STUPID ass movies for it as well. Nobody says anything about this show, and parents actually encourage their kids to watch it! Little does anybody seem to fucking realize is that it's also one of the most VIOLENT cartoons on TV today! I mean, lets say the kids are outside playing in the yard, and decide to pretend to be their "favorite characters" from the show. So, when it comes time "kill" the bad guy, they're going to try and do it just like the show, and how do they does the show do it? By electrocution! A simple finger in the outlet will take care of THAT! And what about the basic plot of the show hmm???? How does each bad guy get taken out? By violence! The show certainly doesn't have it's good guys ASK if the bad guy will please stop causing chaos in the land THAT'S for damn sure! So, what's it showing our kids to do! Solve all our problems and beat all our bad guys with VIOLENCE! But of course, no one sees that and no one says anything, and it's made for our KIDS!

Now, lets take wrestling. Violent yes, but also made for people who know well enough that it's storylined and choreographed. At least that's how it SHOULD be. You still get these little youngsters that want to imitate the moves and that's just dumb. I saw a few months ago this little boy killed his little sister while trying to do a wrestling move on her. Then, if that doesn't end it, he blames the WWF for it! Want know what's sick about that? They had nothing to do with it! In fact, they actually have commercials on their show that actually say "DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME. LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS!" Does Pokemon have that sort of commercial? NOPE! No one cares about that though. They only see an "evil" wrestling show that's degrading the youth of America.

BULLSHIT! That's complete BULLSHIT! If ANYONE should be blamed it should be the damn parents! They're the ones that lets the kids watch it and think that it's real! They're the ones that sit by and let their children try out the moves! Of course, what if they're not there at the time!? How do they stop something they're not there to see? Well, if the kids are young and impressionable enough to try out the moves, shouldn't there be someone there to watch them? hmm??? Guess no one freakin thought of THAT!

That's another thing that I'd like to bring up, and I apologize for going outside of what I'm ranting about but it's something that needs to be said. The thing I'm noticing in society today is that parents are starting to care less and less about what goes on in their children's life. Nowadays, parents are more concerned with their job, their bills, money that's coming in, impressing the neighbors and other people around them, and the kids are raising themselves. Of course there are still good parents out there. I know some and they just rock the house. I couldn't pick better parents then some of the ones that my friends have.

Then, there are parents that don't let the kids grow up! I think these are the WORST kind of parents! Whereas it's GREAT that they play an active part in the kids life, but come on, there's a time to baby a child and that's until they reach kindegarden. After that, it's time to start growing up. There are parents out there that buy everything the child wants. Doesn't matter if the child needs it or not. They don't make the kid get a job, they buy the kid a car and pay for any sort of food the kid wants and basically just spoils the hell out of him. This is bad since the kid doesn't get ANY sort of life experience and therefore just remains a grown up, immature child. It's such a waste sometime.

Ok, back to what I was talking about. Example 2: Simply music. As this world and it's people evolve, the lyrics become more graphic, and more varieties, and more violent in nature. They deal with every aspect of life, even the dark ones, and to me, that's just fine. But to the "groups" that's not acceptable. People like Marilyn Manson, Eminem, and a bunch of other artists were under severe scrutiny for their music by all the groups of the world. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Eminem writes songs about killing people, about people killing themselves. They involve lyrics about smoking pot and all that crap. Marilyn Manson sings songs that deal with the over throw of the government, evil shit, and burning things. I don't like Manson's music, and I don't like Eminem's music. Do I say anything though? Do I protest it and try to ban it from the airways and from public listening? HELL NO I DON'T! Why??? Because it's just stupid! They're singing about what they want to. The people that want to listen to it, listen to it, and that's just fine with me because I know that I don't have to. Do all the other people see this my way? NOPE! The church groups don't want the "youth of America" listening to such evil shit because it will turn our children evil and make them do horrible things. Everyone needs to be like them. BAH HUMBUG! I mean, just because the church group wants me to I'm supposed to turn on the AM station and listen to GOSPEL!!??? I don't THINK SO! Not in this lifetime! That stuff SUCKS!

All I'm saying is that people are who they are and shouldn't be forced to change by anyone, NOR should they be protested for doing what they want. Manson and Eminem are not responsible for how their fans react to their music, but everyone seems to blame them and it's not right. Eminem doesn't go out and kill people. Manson is not trying to overthrow the government. So everyone STOP GETTING ON HIS CASE! Let the people live their lives as they want to and when it becomes unlawful blame the person who DOES IT, not the music. Blame the kid, not the show. Also, if you going to say something about one thing, and leave something else that's basically the exact same thing alone, you better either shut your trap, or take on both ends of the line.
