Even more news on the digimask technology has surfaced!  It turns out that the digimask technology will be used for every wrestler in the game, not just the ones you create.  That means when you create a wrestler using digimask your wrestlers face will look just as real as Triple H's or Austin's.  There have also been some rumours floating around message boards that WWF Pc will be nothing more than a Computer version of Smack Down! 3, I would just like to let everyone know that, that is false.  Smack Down! 3 is being made by Yukes, and WWF Pc is being made by AKI-Asmik.  The digimask software will be used in both games and most likely RAW is WAR though.

I gotta little more info today on the new software called Digimask being used to put your own face into the game.  Before it was reported that this feature would work alot like what's been done in the EA Sports games but now it seems that the new technology is far more advanced.  All you have to do is take a front and a side view picture of someone's head and the Digimask program can turn it into a fully functional 3D model which can be used in video games that support it.  You can pre-register for a free digimask at Digimask.com.

It appears that THQ has enlisted AKI to develop WWF Pc!  For those of you who don't know that is the team that made Wrestle Mania 2000, and No Mercy.  THQ has also promised that AKI has a totally new engine in store for the new Pc game.

    December 3rd 2001:

So far not much news has been released about WWF PC, the name hasn't even been confirmed yet.  But it will most likely be released in the Spring of 2001, and will feature the ability to import a picture of your face and actually place it onto your character!  This option was first seen in EA Sports' NBA Live series and will be implimented in upcoming WWF games for PS2, game cube and computer.
