The Rushford Lions Club was chartered June 18, 1942 and for all those years the club carried out the lions motto "We Serve" very well.The Rushford Lions Club is a group of community-minded persons who pool their talents in behalf of local needs. The club meets the first and third Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the American Legion throughout the year to learn about Rushford area as a community, and implement a variety of service programs. We concentrate on helping families , often spearheading community wide programs involving support and participation of local citizens. The club also helps support relief projects undertaken by fellow Lions in different parts of the world.
