After you download the filter/s you want then locate the paint shop pro 5 FOLDER, not the program just the folder, open that up and create a new folder inside of it called "plugins" that's where your filters get unzipped to so that you can install the exe if its needed, if there is no exe in the zip then just unzip everything there is to the psp plugins. To install the exe file that's in there just double click it and when it asks you where you want it installed to take it to paint shop pro plugins. Then reboot psp if it was on and it will be under images, plugins..
