Waterfall is a small australian shepherd kennel in central Minnesota. We breed for versatile aussies who can do many performance events and most of all be wonderful companions. We do not breed often, but we take everything into consideration when breeding that next litter. I only breed to keep something to add to the house. All our breeding stock are health tested for genetic issues before breeding. This includes OFA for hips and elbows ( for hip and elbow dysplasia), CERF certified ( eye clearances by a licensed canine opthamologist), and many other genetic issues that we have DNA testing available for Australian shepherds, including PRA, MDR1 and more. All of the animals used in our breeding program are CHIC certified ( Canine Health Information Center which requires registered passing gradings in OFA Hips, Elbows and CERF registered Eyes). Our goal is to produce the best possible Australian Shepherd puppy that conforms to every aspect of the ASCA standard. Our primary attention is on wonderful temperaments that are genetically healthy aussies that are beautiful to look at! I welcome the chance to discuss our program, our dogs and our goals. Our dogs show in various performance events, obedience, rally, and agility with GREAT success!! We are members of Australian Shepherd Club of America, United States Australian Shepherd Association, Upper Midwest Australian Shepherd Club, and Granite City Kennel Club. We compete in conformation, obedience, Rally-o, and agility with the Australian Shepherd Club of America and American Kennel Club. Currently we are training in obedience, rally-o, and agility with our aussies. We show mostly in Minnesota, but we also show in Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Dakota and Iowa. Hope to see you around at some Australian Shepherd shows!
