what is the big buzz about sez and all. you must not cheat land owner and grab his land without paying him fair market prize.But, it is always jur,joru and zameen in india and abroad. I have seen builders and city official grabing river front or lake front old properties from land owners in US also at cheaper than market rates. In india it is like open looting of land nowadays,whether it is footpath for lariwalas or farm land for industries. PM would say anything on this issue but it is like suiside to grab farm land for industries,1 lakh car is not as imp. as fresh water and good and cheap food for everybody. we should be rather using same cars but on alternate fuels or battery operated versions(hybrid). issue is burning like any other but effects to be felt for generations to come.
