LAST WEEK,reminding us of SPRING are the beautiful IRIS flowers on the south side of the church. Some of the yellow blooms were out as the purple were just starting!
THIS WEEK, the Iris are out in full bloom and well worth stopping by to take a peek...they are BEAUTIFUL!

Pastor Tom read the scripture lesson from John 15:9-17 and entitled his message, "TO BE LOVED BY GOD". He said to make the sermon simple and to the point it would be:
LOVE ONE ANOTHER--Amen!
The KIDS came up and learned about the NO MORE MALARIA project.
By donating the $10, you can take a "mosquito" that the FAITH BUILDER CLASSES made this year to remind you of the lives you are saving. Here Pastor Tom is holding up one of the "mosquitoes" made by black & white pipe cleaners--the kids did a great job making them!
Today the kids could spend their FAITH BUILDER BUCKS and were sure looking over all that was offered!
The ADULT CLASS AT 9:30 celebrated the end of the Sunday School session with an ICE CREAM SOCIAL! Adean has the Hersherys chocolate and ready to top any bowl of ice cream that wants some!
The whole group was full of smiles as they were enjoying their treat this morning! What a way to kick off the summer!
