Booker T. d. Disco Inferno
A great opening effort, Disco Inferno actually managed to get Booker T. in several compromising positions -- including a hardcore clothesline to the arena floor. The Harlem Heater persisted, however, and eventually took advantage of his own size advantage, kicking ability and Disco's showboating. Booker T scored the pin, after delivering the Harlem Hangover.

Chris Jericho d. Perry Saturn
With a cross-dressing Ralphus on the outside and Scott Dickinson officiating in the ring, the odds seemed stacked against Perry Saturn in this second loser-wears-a-dress match. But Saturn still dominated the majority of the contest and -- after a few comebacks by Jericho -- struck the Lyin' Heart down with the DVD. Oddly, Saturn didn't want to pin Jericho. Instead, the in-drag grappler executed another DVD on Dickinson and left.

Kidman def. Chavo Guerrero, Jr.
Cruiserweight Title Championship
Another breathtaking bout from the Cruiserweight division, with highlights including Kidman dropkicking Chavo during a tope-rope splash attempt, and Chavo clearing the ring ropes and connecting with suicide senton. Despite a phenomenal effort from Chavo, Kidman set-up the his opponent for the Shooting Star Press with a power bomb. Can anyone beat this kid?

Curt Hennig and Barry Windham d. Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko
World Tag Team Championship
Since Hennig and Windham were not defeated in the tag tournament, the Horsemen would have to beat their opponents twice to win the belts. The commentating team announced that the matches would happen in immediate succession. Despite a notable size advantage, Hennig-Windham's constant tagging proved to be their greatest strength, and allowed the team to dissect both Malenko and Benoit separately during the match. The Horsemen, still weary from fighting a semifinal match in a cage on Thursday, showed no signs of surrender. After 25 grueling minutes, The Iceman executed the Texas Clover Leaf on Windham (his second attempt) and scored the submission. Neither team took a break, and Windham -- still sore from the Clover Leaf -- showed great presence by taking off his belt and using it to choke Malenko to near unconsciousness. While the Crippler continued on Hennig, Malenko fell to the mat, unable to rise. A quick 3-count later, the Hennig-Windham team were announced as World Champions.

The Outsiders with Elizabeth and Lex Luger d. Konnan/Rey Mysterio, Jr.
Due to Mysterio's attack on Luger Thursday, Scott Hall pulled double duty and fought for the Total Package. Mysterio really surprised his larger foes with a flurry of springboard and dropkicks, but was eventually worked over brutally by the former tag champions; Konnan met with an equally vicious array of moves when he finally got an opportunity to compete. But when all four men started to brawl, the cohesion of Mysterio-Konnan became evident, and the Outsider looked to be in serious trouble. Worried, Luger and Elizabeth made their presence known. The Total Package pummeled Konnan on the outside. Mysterio, pinning Nash after an outrageous springboard moonsault, never received a 3-count due to an Elizabeth distraction. Hall used Liz's interference to deliver an Outsider's Edge onto Mysterio, and rolled a groggy Nash over for the cover. Mysterio was forced to unmask; The Outsiders mocked the entire proceeding.

Scott Steiner d. Diamond Dallas Page
WCW TV Championship
This match was dominated by Page, until Buff Bagwell arrived. Recently cleared for in-ring combat, Buff turned this contest into a handicap bout. Not only did he help pummel the People's Champion, but also cleared the turnbuckles of their protective covers, revealing dangerous, exposed steel. Big Poppa Pump controlled most of this match afterwards, but DDP's fighting spirit kept producing big moves and momentum changes. Unfortunately, Steiner used the exposed turnbuckles to damage Page's back, and then locked in the Steiner Recliner to stretch Page's injured parts. Refusing to submit, Page passed out and was taken away by paramedics.

Scott Hall with Disco Inferno d. Roddy Piper
WCW U.S. Heavyweight Championship
Piper started this match with a flurry, and continued to rock Hall in his second pay-per-view appearance. Disco's interference couldn't even help the Outsider -- but a well-timed attack by Nash made a much bigger difference. Although Hot Rod thwarted Big Sexy's advance, Hall used the opportunity to roll Piper up, placing his feet on the ropes to get the pin. Post-match, Piper fought both Outsiders, but made an intelligent retreat to the dressing room.

Goldberg d. Bam Bam Bigelow
This match started as many expected, an all-out brawl between two wrestling mastodons, but Bigelow and Goldberg surprised the crowd by relying on their extensive knowledge of submission holds. The Beast worked Goldberg's bad knee and had quite a bit of control. Goldberg's knee injury was bad enough to have the former Champ miss a Head Spear... but not a second one. To please the crowd, Goldberg rocked one more Head Spear after that, and then finished Bigelow with the Jackhammer.

Hollywood Hogan d. Ric Flair
World Heavyweight Championship
Despite his claims, it became obvious early that the Nature Boy was still hurting after his Monday night trouncing by the nWo Wolfpac. Hogan dominated his opponent with an inspired beating, but Flair refused to stay down and kept begging Hogan to try harder to beat him. The tide changed when Hogan started lashing Flair with his weight belt -- only to have Flair grab the belt himself, and whip Hogan into oblivion. As Flair's advantage increased, the mysterious blonde from Nitro came to ringside -- she was obviously on the side of Hollywood Hogan. The official was knocked down during the final moments of the bout. Hogan missed his famed leg drop, and Flair executed the figure-four leg lock. A masked man came to ringside and used a stun gun on Flair, costing him the match. Afterwards, the blondes hugged the masked man, and then revealed it was none other than Flair's son, David.
