In case you haven't seen the movie here's the basic plot. If you have seen the movie... then this will be a nice piece of nostalgia:
I don't want to give anything away, but it involves the store being sold to a big record store chain; the record store manager whose dealing with ita guy that wants to tell a girl he loves her by 1:37 exactly...; a girl that wants to "give herself" to Rex Manning, has-been celebrity, with an employee that gets a surge of individuality as the movie goes on; a girl with an uncanny ability to tell someone what color and kind of underwear they are wearing; a suicidal Deb and her ex boyfriend; a cd-stealing Warren Beaty; and a store clerk whose had a little too much "sugar"
I hope that was enough to get you to want to go see it, or see it again.... whatever the case may be
